Full payment or agreed payment plan terms are due as outlined at the time of enrollment.

Access to program content, community spaces, or coaching sessions is granted upon successful payment or as otherwise specified at enrollment.

We reserve the right to change pricing for future enrollments at any time; changes will not affect clients already enrolled under prior terms.

Engage respectfully with other members and facilitators

Refrain from harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior

Not share program materials outside the community without authorization

We reserve the right to remove any participant from community spaces or programs for conduct that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Whisper LLC, its founder, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or personal wellbeing, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable program or Service.
